Precision machined from solid brass, AxLabs String Surfer retrofitting saddles upgrade standard Strat-style bridges with superior density and enhanced tonal performance. The brass construction produces a sharper attack, extended sustain, and a warmer overall acoustic profile compared to conventional pressed-steel or zinc block saddles.
Integrated roller mechanisms dramatically reduce string friction and binding over the contact point. This design facilitates smoother string movement during bends, improves return-to-pitch accuracy, and substantially minimizes string breakage on tremolo-equipped instruments.
The complete set includes six roller saddles along with corresponding intonation screws, intonation springs, and height adjustment set screws to allow precise instrument setup.
