ESP LTD TH-400 Charcoal Metallic Electric Guitar
The ESP LTD TH-400 delivers a contemporary take on a traditional body shape, combining high-grade build quality with performance-ready components. Designed with bolt-on construction at a 25.5-inch scale length, it pairs a solid mahogany body with a three-piece roasted maple neck and a smooth rosewood fingerboard. Aesthetic and functional appointments include offset dot inlays, 24 extra-jumbo frets, a matching headstock finish, and sleek single-ply black binding.
For tone and stability, the guitar is equipped with an LTD fixed hardtail bridge featuring a string-thru-body design and precision LTD locking tuners. The black hardware complements the striking finish while providing reliable tuning and intonation for aggressive playing styles.
Powered by active EMG electronics, the TH-400 features an EMG 81 in the bridge position and an EMG 85 in the neck. Controlled by a streamlined volume, tone, and 3-way toggle switch layout, this pickup configuration yields articulate cleans, tight low end, and searing high-gain lead tones.
