The Schaller M6 135 guitar tuning machine sets an industry standard for closed tuners, featuring an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio that provides velvety-smooth precision and reliable tuning comfort. Each component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and surface-finished, while precision-fitted brass string posts deliver exceptional tuning stability and long-lasting wear resistance.
Equipped with Schaller's innovative stepped flanged washer, this tuning machine simplifies installation by reliably centering the string post via the banjo bolt. This unique mechanism eliminates tilting movement, redistributes pressure away from the string post and rear mounting screw, and eliminates the need for step-drilled headstock holes.
Featuring the identical installation dimensions of its predecessor, the M6 135 allows direct replacement and retrofitting without headstock modifications. All enclosed mechanisms are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
