Equipped with high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, these tuners provide exceptional tuning stability and wear resistance. Closed housings are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) diameter base, the string post self-centers via the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped peghead bore. This design eliminates tilting torque and absorbs stress from both the post and mounting screw, matching the exact mounting dimensions of previous models for direct replacement.
