Built with premium brass string posts precision-fitted directly into the housing, this machine head provides maximum tuning stability and wear-free operation. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment and removing stress from both the post and mounting screw without requiring stepped peghead drilling.
Featuring permanent lubrication with specialized grease, the sealed housing remains completely maintenance-free over its lifespan. The compact housing dimensions allow direct retrofit and replacement on standard headstocks without requiring permanent modifications.
