The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the threaded bushing, eliminating tilt torque and protecting against mechanical strain without requiring stepped peghead drilling.
Permanently lubricated with specialized grease, each sealed unit remains completely maintenance-free over its entire service life. The housing design allows for seamless replacement and retrofitting on standard guitar headstocks.
