Featuring the innovative stepped flanged washer, the M6 180 mounts cleanly without requiring stepped headstock boreholes. The 0.39 in (10 mm) stepped base centers the string post securely through the threaded bushing, eliminating tilting moments and taking mechanical stress off both the post and rear mounting screws.
Each unit features permanently lubricated internal gearing treated with specialized Schaller grease, making the enclosed mechanism completely maintenance-free. Designed for versatile compatibility, it replaces earlier M6 models effortlessly while maintaining reliable, slip-free performance.
