Crafted with high-grade brass string posts fitted precisely into the housing, this machine head provides maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. Each enclosed tuning unit is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, it ensures effortless installation and solid post centering via the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped headstock bore. This design eliminates tilting moment while relieving mechanical pressure from both the post and rear mounting screws.
