Equipped with high-grade brass posts fitted accurately into the housing, this machine head guarantees maximum tuning stability and wear-free performance. Closed housings are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering them completely maintenance-free over their entire lifespan.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the banjonut, eliminating tilting moment and relieving pressure from both the post and rear mounting screw without requiring stepped headstock drilling.
