Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 sets the benchmark for enclosed guitar tuning machines, offering unmatched precision and smooth operation with an improved 1:18 gear ratio. Designed to preserve the legendary heritage of the original 1966 design, this model incorporates refined mechanical engineering for flawless tuning comfort and long-term reliability.
Crafted with high-precision CNC machining and high-grade brass string posts, every component is engineered to provide extreme wear resistance and tuning stability. The enclosed housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making the entire mechanism completely maintenance-free while maintaining velvety smooth rotation.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, installation is streamlined and securely centers the post without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This design absorbs lateral pressure and eliminates tilting forces on both the post and the rear mounting screw, ensuring direct compatibility with previous M6 90 mounting dimensions.
