High-precision CNC-machined components and surface finishing deliver velvet-touch operation alongside a self-locking drive mechanism.
Equipped with premium brass string posts carefully fitted to the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the banjonut, eliminating tilting moments, reducing mounting pressure, and removing the need for a stepped peghead bore.
All enclosed housings are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance. Designed to match the exact mounting dimensions of previous generations, it allows for seamless installation and replacement without modifying the headstock.
