Equipped with high-grade brass string posts engineered for wear-free performance, each tuner housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free operation. The stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post without requiring stepped headstock drilling, eliminating tilt torque and relieving stress on mounting hardware.
Designed for straightforward replacement and optimal instrument resonance, these enclosed tuning machines provide robust anchoring with a 0.39-inch (10 mm) pin spacing. The set includes threaded bushings, step washers, and mounting screws to complete standard headstock installations.
