Schaller M6 Pin Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 Pin guitar tuning machine delivers refined performance and tuning stability, continuing a legacy that set the benchmark for enclosed machine heads. Featuring an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio, this model ensures velvet-smooth, highly precise adjustments for professional-grade tuning accuracy. Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and treated with specialized surface finishes for durable, reliable operation.
Crafted with premium high-grade brass string posts, these tuners fit tightly into the housing to eliminate play and maximize wear resistance. The self-locking drive mechanism and permanent internal lubrication provide frictionless, maintenance-free performance throughout years of playing. An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post without requiring stepped headstock drilling, effectively eliminating tilt and relieving stress from the fastening assembly.
Designed with a modern two-pin mounting layout, this unit maintains the classic housing dimensions with a 0.39 in (10 mm) pin spacing for straightforward installation. It accommodates both traditional and locking configurations to suit solid headstocks and demanding playing requirements. Each complete set includes hollow bolts, stepped flanged washers, and high-quality mounting screws to facilitate a secure, seamless instrument upgrade.
