Crafted with premium wear-free brass string posts fitted precisely into the housing, this machine head incorporates Schaller's innovative stepped flanged washer. Designed with an integrated step at the base to center the string post securely through the banjo bolt, it eliminates tilting torque, protects internal mechanisms, and removes the need for stepped headstock drilling.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation, this two-pin configuration maintains identical housing dimensions to predecessor single-pin versions. Engineered with an 8 mm distance from the locating pins to the post center, it provides a secure drop-in fit for compatible instruments.
