Equipped with high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, these tuners ensure maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt, preventing tipping torque and eliminating the need for stepped headstock boreholes.
Each closed-housing tuning machine is permanently lubricated with specialized Schaller grease for maintenance-free longevity. Featuring a dual-pin configuration with a 0.39 in (10 mm) pin spacing, they offer seamless replacement and dependable performance across multiple configurations.
