Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with an outer diameter of 0.39 in (10 mm), this tuning machine reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling. This design absorbs operational tilting torque and minimizes mechanical stress on both the string axis and the rear mounting hardware for lasting reliability.
Equipped with Schaller special grease for permanent, maintenance-free lubrication, the M6 Pin features dual rear locating pins spaced 0.39 in (10 mm) center-to-center with a 0.31 in (8 mm) offset to the post center. Each set includes six banjo bolts, six flanged washers, and six M2.2 x 9.5 mounting screws for a complete and precise installation.
