Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, surface-finished, and driven by a self-locking mechanism that ensures dependable pitch retention.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, these tuners minimize wear and deliver maximum structural stability. An innovative stepped M6 collar washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter centers the string post securely through the hollow screw, eliminating tipping torque and removing the need for a stepped peghead bore.
Permanently lubricated with specialized Schaller grease for maintenance-free operation, the two-pin housing maintains exact 0.39 in (10 mm) pin spacing for seamless retrofitting and installation on compatible headstocks.
