DiMarzio Norton Humbucker Guitar Pickup
The DiMarzio Norton delivers a versatile tonal profile situated directly between the FRED and The Tone Zone. Featuring DiMarzio's patented dual-resonance design, it produces rich harmonic overtones combined with substantial output and pronounced midrange presence.
Originally developed to expand the power and frequency response of standard-output humbuckers, the Norton yields modern midrange crunch and pronounced pick harmonics. It performs exceptionally well for opening up the acoustic resonance and upper-end clarity of mahogany set-neck instruments.
Engineered primarily for the bridge position across solid-body electric guitars, it pairs cleanly with a wide range of vintage and medium-output neck pickups, such as the Air Classic, PAF Pro, and Air Norton.
