Schaller GrandTune GT-Single tuning machines combine classic open-gear design with a precise 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, accurate tuning. Each machine is built without synthetic coatings, allowing the metal components to resonate freely with the instrument.
The ultra-precise fits and contact surfaces deliver permanent adhesion and glide, free from wear or aging, while sealed and locked screw connections keep the mechanism maintenance-free. Countersunk screw holes ensure a firm seat and reliable sound transmission.
Designed around the common dimensions of production instruments, the GT-Single installs or replaces existing machines without modification. Each unit ships with two countersunk mounting screws (M2.2 x 11) and one hexagonal press-in bushing with an 8.8 mm outer diameter and 6.1 mm inner diameter for solid headstocks.
