Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this system facilitates straightforward installation without requiring a stepped headstock bore. The design centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moments and relieving mechanical stress on both the post and rear mounting screw.
Equipped with permanent Schaller special grease lubrication, these sealed tuning machines are completely maintenance-free. They share identical mounting dimensions with previous iterations, allowing direct drop-in replacement on compatible headstocks.
