Schaller M6 135 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 135 sets the standard for closed guitar tuning machines with a refined 1:18 gear ratio that delivers precise and smooth tuning stability. Built with CNC-machined components and premium brass string posts, each tuner ensures long-lasting performance and zero play. All enclosed units feature permanent lubrication with specialized grease, making them completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine simplifies installation while reliably centering the string post without requiring stepped headstock holes. This design effectively eliminates tilting torque and reduces mechanical stress on both the string post and rear mounting screws. It shares identical footprint dimensions with legacy M6 models for effortless retrofitting without instrument modifications.
Crafted with precision engineering, the M6 135 includes high-quality mounting hardware, stepped washers, and hollow fixing screws for solid headstocks. A self-locking drive mechanism guarantees uniform action, exceptional backlash-free precision, and maximum tuning stability under all playing conditions.
