Crafted with premium brass posts fitted directly into the sealed housing, this tuner provides maximum tuning stability and long-term wear resistance. The internal mechanism comes permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller grease, making it completely maintenance-free throughout its operating life.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer (0.39 in diameter) centers the string post securely through the threaded bushing without requiring stepped headstock boreholes. This design eliminates tilting moments and relieves mechanical stress on both the post and the rear mounting screw.
