The Schaller M6 135 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and smooth tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. As an evolution of the legendary original sealed tuner introduced in 1966, it features precision CNC-machined components and high-grade brass string posts engineered for maximum tuning stability and wear-free performance.
Equipped with Schaller's innovative stepped flanged washer, this tuner allows straightforward mounting and permanent centering of the string post via the banjo bolt. This mechanism eliminates tilting torque and relieves pressure from both the post and rear fixing screw, removing the need for a stepped peghead bore.
Featuring the exact installation dimensions of its predecessor, the M6 135 allows direct replacement without instrument modifications. All closed tuning machines are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation over their entire lifespan.
