All components are CNC-machined and surface-treated to ensure consistent, self-locking operation and exceptional tuning stability. High-grade brass string posts are fitted directly into the housing to eliminate wear and ensure lasting durability.
Featuring the innovative M6 flanged stepped washer with a 0.39-inch diameter, installation is streamlined without requiring a stepped headstock bore. This design reliably centers the string post via the hollow bolt, eliminating tilting moments and relieving stress from both the post and rear mounting screws. Each enclosed unit comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free reliability.
Built with identical mounting dimensions to its predecessor model, the M6 135 allows direct replacement and upgrades without headstock modifications. It accommodates solid, slotted, Locking, and TopLocking configurations for flexible setup across diverse guitar designs.
