The Schaller M6 135 tuning machine delivers precise and smooth tuning performance with its refined 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and surface-finished, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism that guarantees consistent and stable tuning.
Crafted with premium brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, this machine head provides maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt and removing stress from both the post and mounting screw.
Featuring permanently lubricated internal gearing with Schaller special grease, these sealed tuners are maintenance-free and share identical installation dimensions with their predecessor models for straightforward retrofitting.
