Crafted with premium brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, these tuners provide maximum tuning stability and wear-free operation. The enclosed housing comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making the entire mechanism completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine reliably centers the string post without requiring a stepped peghead bore. This design eliminates tilting torque and reduces mechanical stress on both the post and the rear mounting screw.
