High-grade brass string posts are fitted precisely into the housing to maximize tuning stability and ensure wear-free performance. An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post without requiring a stepped headstock bore, effectively eliminating tilting torque and reducing pressure on the mounting hardware.
