Equipped with high-grade brass string posts engineered precisely into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum tuning stability and wear-free longevity. The closed housing comes permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller grease, making the entire mechanism completely maintenance-free.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged collar centers the string post securely via the hollow screw, eliminating tilt torque and the need for a stepped headstock bore. The updated M6 180 dimensions allow direct replacement of previous generation models without requiring headstock modifications.
