Designed as an advancement of the legendary sealed tuner standard established in 1966, it features CNC-machined components and high-grade brass string posts engineered for maximum tuning stability and wear resistance.
Equipped with an innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine simplifies installation by reliably centering the post via the banjonut, eliminating the need for a stepped peghead bore while removing lateral pressure from both the post and mounting screw. High-precision surface finishing and a self-locking drive guarantee consistent, delicate tuning response.
Each closed housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free operation across its entire lifespan. The housing dimensions allow for direct replacement of older M6 models without headstock modifications.
