Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and surface-treated for maximum durability, while the self-locking drive ensures uniform and stable tuning. The high-grade brass string posts are precision-fitted into the housing to guarantee wear-free performance and superior tuning stability over extended playing time.
Featuring an innovative stepped flanged washer with a 0.39 in diameter, the M6 180 centers the string post through the banjonut and eliminates tilting forces on the mounting hardware. All closed gear housings are permanently lubricated with specialized Schaller grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
