The Schaller M6 180 tuning machines deliver legendary precision and tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined and surface-treated to guarantee smooth, delicate, and stable tuning through a self-locking drive mechanism.
Featuring high-grade brass posts precision-fitted into the housing, these tuners ensure maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt and removing stress from both the post and rear mounting screws without requiring stepped drilling in the headstock.
Each sealed tuner is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation. Designed to directly replace earlier M6 models without headstock modifications, they offer smooth functionality and long-lasting durability.
