Equipped with high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine ensures maximum tuning stability. The closed design is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering the unit completely maintenance-free.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment and removing pressure from both the post and rear mounting screw without requiring stepped peghead drilling.
