The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and smooth tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to precise tolerances and surface-finished, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism for stable, delicate tuning.
Solid brass string posts are fitted into the sealed housing to guarantee wear-free operation and tuning stability. The closed tuning machine is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making it completely maintenance-free.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post automatically over the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt torque and protecting against excessive pressure without requiring a stepped headstock hole. The M6 90 features identical installation dimensions to its predecessor for a seamless, modification-free replacement.
