Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 sets a high standard for closed guitar tuning machines, featuring a precise 1:18 gear ratio that ensures velvet-smooth and exact tuning. Designed with identical mounting dimensions to its predecessor, it allows for a direct, drop-in replacement on existing headstocks without modifications.
Crafted with precision CNC machining and surface finishing, every component is built for stability and wear resistance. The high-grade brass posts fit accurately into the housing, while self-locking drive mechanisms and permanent lubrication with Schaller special grease deliver completely maintenance-free performance.
Equipped with an innovative stepped flanged washer, this tuner eliminates the need for stepped headstock drilling by reliably centering the string post via the banjo bolt. This specialized design effectively absorbs mechanical pressure and eliminates tilting moments on both the post and rear mounting screws.
