Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers refined performance with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio, providing precise and smooth tuning control. Built on the legacy of the original 1966 design, all components are CNC-machined and surface-treated to guarantee durable, sensitive, and stable tuning.
Crafted with premium brass string posts, these sealed tuners are precisely fitted into the housing to ensure optimal tuning stability and wear resistance. Every unit is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making the entire mechanism completely maintenance-free throughout its lifespan.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling and removing tilt torque. With identical installation dimensions to its predecessor, it allows direct, modification-free retrofitting.
