Equipped with high-grade brass posts fitted seamlessly into the housing, these tuners provide outstanding tuning stability and wear resistance. The enclosed design is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making the internal assembly completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped flanged washer, the M6 90 simplifies installation by eliminating headstock step drilling and centering the string post directly through the banjo bolt. This system distributes pressure evenly and eliminates tilting forces on both the post and rear mounting screw.
