Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents precision engineering with a refined 1:18 gear ratio, delivering unmatched tuning accuracy and smooth operation. Designed to match the exact mounting dimensions of previous generations, it allows for seamless drop-in replacement without modifying the headstock.
Every internal component is high-precision CNC-machined and surface-finished, featuring self-locking drive mechanics for enduring tuning stability. The brass string posts are meticulously fitted into the housing, while permanently lubricated sealed enclosures ensure completely maintenance-free performance.
Equipped with an innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine provides effortless installation and consistent post alignment. The integrated washer step eliminates tilt torque and reduces lateral pressure on both the post and mounting screws without requiring stepped headstock boreholes.
