The Schaller M6 90 closed guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and smooth tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined and surface-treated, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism that guarantees smooth, sensitive, and stable operation.
Crafted with high-grade brass posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum tuning stability and wear-free performance. Closed housings are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free functionality over their lifetime.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the banjonut, eliminating tilting torque and removing unnecessary strain from both the post and rear mounting screw. Sharing identical mounting dimensions with its predecessor, it allows seamless drop-in replacement without instrument modifications.
