Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, these tuners provide optimal tuning stability and wear-free operation. The enclosed mechanisms are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making them completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter base, the string post centers securely via the banjo bolt without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and takes stress off both the post and rear mounting screw, while matching original installation dimensions for a direct drop-in replacement.
