All components are high-precision CNC-machined and surface-finished, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism and premium brass string posts fitted directly into the sealed housing.
Equipped with Schaller's innovative stepped flanged washer, this tuner eliminates tilting torque and centers the string post securely without requiring a stepped peghead bore. Sealed construction with specialized permanent lubricant guarantees completely maintenance-free performance over the lifespan of the hardware.
