Crafted with premium brass string posts precision-fitted into the housing, this machine head offers maximum tuning stability and wear-free functionality. The specialized closed housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making it entirely maintenance-free over its entire lifespan.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, the mechanism centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped headstock bore. This design eliminates tilting torque and reduces mechanical strain on both the string post and rear mounting screw.
