Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents high precision and advanced engineering, featuring an optimized 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, velvety, and exact tuning. Building on the legendary closed-housing design established in 1966, this modern iteration incorporates state-of-the-art enhancements while maintaining its iconic legacy.
Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, surface-finished, and fitted with high-grade brass string posts to ensure exceptional tuning stability, self-locking drive action, and wear-free performance. The enclosed mechanism is permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller special grease, rendering it completely maintenance-free.
Equipped with an innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, it eliminates the need for stepped headstock drilling and securely centers the post while absorbing mechanical strain. Featuring standard mounting dimensions identical to its predecessor, it offers a seamless retrofit without required guitar modifications.
