Equipped with solid brass string posts that fit tightly into the housing, these tuners deliver long-lasting tuning stability and wear-free operation. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the post securely through the hollow screw without requiring a stepped peghead bore, eliminating tilt moment and strain on mounting hardware.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, each closed tuner is completely maintenance-free. Designed with a 0.4 in (10 mm) pin-to-pin spacing and an 0.3 in (8 mm) distance from pins to post center, these machines provide reliable direct replacement and upgrade capabilities for modern headstocks.
