The Schaller M6 Pin tuning machine delivers exceptional tuning precision and stability with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to precise tolerances and surface-treated to guarantee smooth, delicate, and reliable tuning performance through its self-locking drive mechanism.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum wear resistance and tuning stability. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post without requiring stepped headstock drilling, eliminating tilt torque and taking pressure off both the post and rear mounting screws.
Completely maintenance-free, each sealed tuning machine comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease. Designed with dual mounting pins spaced at 0.39 in (10 mm) center-to-center and a 0.31 in (8 mm) spacing from the pin to the post center, it maintains identical housing dimensions to legacy single-pin Schaller models for straightforward installation.
