Engineered for enduring tuning stability and wear resistance, every post is crafted from high-grade brass and fitted securely into the housing. The innovative stepped M6 collar washer reliably centers the string post without requiring a stepped peghead bore, eliminating tilting torque and reducing pressure on both the post and mounting screw.
Each closed tuner is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation. The two-pin mounting design maintains identical housing dimensions to predecessor single-pin versions with a 0.39-inch (10 mm) pin-to-pin spacing.
