Continuing the legacy of the original sealed tuner introduced in 1966, this modern iteration incorporates state-of-the-art engineering for velvet-smooth operation and lasting performance.
Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, featuring premium brass posts accurately fitted into the housing to ensure wear-free stability. The sealed housing comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering the unit completely maintenance-free.
Installation is streamlined thanks to the stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.4 in (10 mm) base diameter, which reliably centers the string post through the banjonut without requiring a stepped peghead bore. This design eliminates tilting moment and reduces mechanical stress on both the post and rear mounting assembly.
