Schaller GrandTune Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller GrandTune combines stylish vintage design with precise tuning accuracy and velvety smooth operation. Designed as an open-gear tuner with a precision worm drive, it features an 18:1 gear ratio to provide pinpoint accuracy, excellent longevity, and superior resonance without synthetic polymer coatings.
Built with ultra-precise contact surfaces and permanently sealed screw joints, this tuning machine delivers wear-free, zero-maintenance performance. Standardized mounting dimensions and countersunk screw holes ensure seamless installation, firm headstock anchoring, and optimal acoustic sound transmission.
Deluxe string roller axle options incorporate an integrated ball bearing at the post tip, allowing frictionless and noise-free tuning in the headstock bore. The robust design eliminates creaking and wood friction on nylon-string and classical guitar headstocks.
