The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the hollow bolt, eliminating tilting friction and removing mechanical pressure from both the post and the rear mounting screw.
Sharing the exact installation dimensions of its classic predecessor, the M6 135 allows direct replacement on guitars without requiring headstock modifications. All internal mechanisms are permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller special grease to remain completely maintenance-free throughout their operational life.
