All components are precision CNC-machined, surface-finished, and feature a self-locking drive mechanism for reliable operation.
Crafted with premium brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, these tuners ensure maximum wear resistance and zero backlash. The enclosed design is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering the unit completely maintenance-free across its lifetime. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the post automatically without requiring stepped headstock drillings.
Sharing identical installation dimensions with its classic predecessor, the M6 135 drops effortlessly into place without requiring headstock modifications. This engineering design effectively eliminates tilting torque while relieving mechanical stress from both the post and the rear mounting screw.
