Engineered as the modern evolution of the legendary original closed tuner, it combines high-precision CNC manufacturing with refined surface finishes for velvet-smooth, highly stable operation.
Featuring high-grade brass posts fitted precisely into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer ensures trouble-free installation and permanent centering of the string post without requiring a stepped headstock bore, effectively eliminating tilting torque.
All enclosed machine heads are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making them completely maintenance-free. Designed with the identical installation dimensions of its predecessor, the M6 135 allows direct replacement without instrument modifications.
